Any Given Child Shenandoah Valley is a non-profit organization in a community partnership with the Education Department of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C.
In 2014, Any Given Child Harrisonburg was named the 15th Any Given Child location nationwide. 2015-2016 marked the first year Any Given Child provided live arts experiences to students. In 2018, the initiative became a program of the Arts Council of the Valley and refocused services to include Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County students in grades K-8. In 2021, Any Given Child Shenandoah Valley became a 501c3 organization continuing to focus on equitable arts access for all K-8 students in Harrisonburg City and Rockingham County schools.
